Naturalist Tom Dale of the Marguerite Gahagan Nature Preserve will visit the library with his "Cat Trunk" containing many natural history items concerning North America's wild cats, including pelts, skulls, and claws. The presentation will address many science concepts while focusing on the controversial cougar, the bobcat, the endangered Canada lynx, the extinct American lion and the famous saber-toothed cat. Join us for a free puppet show, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Admission is free.
