Joel Tacey will be performing a magic/comedy show beginning at 1:00 on Friday, August 18th--it's free!  Kids, bring your reading log to the library and receive a special prize! We have lots of free books to give away, too!  (Thank you to the MidMichigan Library League for grant assistance for this program!) !

The St. Helen Quilters will be displaying traditional, modern and art quilts on Friday, September 29 from 1-6 and Saturday, September 30 from 10-2.  Come vote for your favorite.  Some items will be for sale.  Admission is free and refreshments will be served.

A solar eclipse is coming Monday, August 21st! In our area, it is predicted that the eclipse will start at 1:00 pm, peak at 2:23 and end at 3:42 pm (weather permitting).  Unfortunately, we are currently out of special viewing glasses to distribute to the public.  But, stop in the library the day of the eclipse to make a fun sun magnet and try our new flashlight books.

Call the Library at 389-7630 for more information about all these fun upcoming events!
